Amalia Goes to a birthday party

In this second story, Amalia recounts her experiences attending her first birthday party she since her diagnosis. Along with all her running and playing, she calculates the carbohydrates of all the sweets she is offered, even the birthday cake, and determines the proper dose of insulin she needs. Most importantly, she was a wonderful time!
